By accessing and using the SouqSafar website and mobile application ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings made through SouqSafar are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details — including passenger names, travel dates, and destinations — are accurate at the time of booking.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of search and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment can be made using accepted credit/debit cards and other payment methods available on the Platform. SouqSafar is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, including currency conversion fees.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.). Please review the specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking before confirming your reservation. Refund processing times depend on the service provider and your payment method, and may take up to 14 business days. SouqSafar service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) for your trip.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documentation required by the destination country. SouqSafar shall not be held liable for any issues arising from inadequate or expired travel documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
SouqSafar acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport operators. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to SouqSafar for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third-party service providers.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the SouqSafar Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of SouqSafar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from SouqSafar.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
